I'm Glad You Are Here

Welcome! I am so glad you are here. Because who you are and what you have is something that this world needs. 

I truthfully, wholeheartedly believe that you being here is not a coincidence but by appointment. My passion and desire are for you to watch you step into your created potential. I love teaching, equipping, learning, and growing people, and I love the value that all those add up even to my personal growth. 

My greatest joy in life is to watch other people attain their dreams, and I desire to somehow be a small part of it. I am not claiming that I have it all together, nor do I have it all figured out; in fact, I know I do not. What I do have is a strong desire to impart what I know is in me, and share what I have learned in this journey. 

Professionally and personally, I have been blessed to have found myself in a favorable place of significant leadership position and influence at a very young age. "Found" is a word I used with high intent because I was not looking to do all of this, and my focus and concentration were merely on growing my character and fully understanding my identity. The reality is that it did not happen overnight, nor did it come easy, and my road, well, it was not perfect either. I have made mistakes along the way and learned from them, and I hope to stay genuine and authentic to the message that I bring.

My greatest love is first Jesus Christ, and He is second to none in my order of priorities. I believe in stewarding the gifts and the call that He has given me, and finishing the mandate that He has entrusted me for this generation. 

In this, I hope to grow with you, to learn more as we learn together. I want to walk with you, and I want to hear about your dreams and stand alongside you as you navigate through your identity and leadership. 

In my journey of preparation, I have learned the value of mentorship and what it adds to my life, and I desire to see you be blessed by it. Even if you do not think that's me, I will help you find the right person.  

I also learned that waiting and patience are real virtues that make you successful in your season of learning. That there is a time of strengthening between the time you realize what you are supposed to do, and the time that you are ready to do it. And as relevant it may be to fulfill your destiny, it is as equally important not to bypass the process. 

So I urge you today, whether you are just starting to understand leadership or have been leading for years. Do not ever stop growing, and never stop learning.
